ABM was honoured with the Sri Lanka National Quality Award under the Manufacturing – Medium Scale category organised by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution at the ceremony held at the Monarch Imperial, Thalawathugoda on 30th January 2024.

Exide crowned “Best Manufacture of the Year 2021” at South Asian Partnership Summit and Business Excellence Award 2021.

Associated Battery Manufacturers (Ceylon) Limited was recognized as the “ Best Manufacturer of the year 2019” at South Asian Partnership Summit and Business Excellence Awards 2019 held on 14th November at Hilton Colombo, competing among eight South Asian countries.

ABM has won the special award, coveted ‘National Quality Award 2018’ for medium scale manufacturing, which is the highest quality award in Sri Lanka, awarded by the Sri Lanka Standards Institute (SLSI).

ABM was awarded Special Commendation in the Manufacturing Sector – Medium Scale Category at the National Productivity Awards 2018 conducted by the National Productivity Secretariat, Ministry of Public Administration and Disaster Management.

Associated Battery Manufacturers (Ceylon) Limited, the manufacturers of Lead acid automotive batteries in Sri Lanka, received the National Quality Award (NQA) in the medium scale-manufacturing from the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) at the National Quality Awards 2016 which was held at at The Hilton Colombo, on 27th January 2017. H.E. the president, Maithreepala Sirisena graced the event.

Associated Battery Manufacturers (Ceylon) Limited was honoured with the International Quality Crown Award in the Gold Category at the International Business Initiative Directions (BID) Quality Crown Convention held in London on 22nd November 2015.
